![]() Course content includes assessing business requirements, evaluating technology, managing teams, monitoring risks, reporting success metrics, and mapping project timelines. Examine the key success factors in managing e-commerce projects and explore important issues to consider in the planning phases. After managing the project to its completion, you will know how to assess its success or failure in preparation for the next project. Topics include:
Activities include instructor-led presentation, interactive discussion points and online examples of e-commerce case studies. The case study format will be enhanced by a short group project between class meetings where you will assess a particular e-commerce implementation and identify the project plan and management issues that were most critical. Discussion points will be used at intervals during the presentation to allow you to connect and explore e-commerce issues in greater depth.
