Counting page views and analyzing click through
patterns isn't enough. E-Commerce requires specific, detailed information about
how your customers feel and what they are thinking. Internet speed has changed
the rules for everything from launching products to customer service. Old
methods of customer interaction and gathering customer feedback are not just ineffective,
they are actually fatal. However, using new e-commerce marketing research
tools you can actually dramatically improve your product and/or your company's
marketing and sales effectiveness. In this course you will learn why Internet
based research (Web site and e-mail) is critical to survival, and how to put it
to work for you immediately. Topics include: - When and how should e-commerce marketing research
be used
- What are the strengths and weaknesses of using
e-commerce marketing research
- What are the leading e-commerce marketing research
tools and resources
- What tools do you need to master today and tricks
